It is recommended that students entering the O-Level subjects or at least Grade 9. Students
will only be allowed to enter A-Level classes if they have passed O-Levels. The certificates
for the GCE O & A Levels will be issued by Cambridge and will reflect the subjects passed
with the relevant symbols for each subjects.
The Cambridge Certificate for a matriculation
exemption requires
The student to have passed at
Least three O-Level subjects with an A, B
or C symbol
As well as two A-Level subjects for Human and Social Sciences
Or three
A-Level subjects for any business or scientific field of study
A level Maths is a requirement
for this.

Cambridge offers one of the world’s most extensive and internationally recognized qualifications portfolios. A Cambridge certificate in A & O levels is a passport to any
local and especially, overseas university.
The Only criteria that will be a factor for admission into
SILVER OAKS INTERNATIONL
is that any student making
an application will be required to pass an entrance examination.
The school sets the examination and the applicants will be examined on English and Maths.
A fee of R700.00 for each examination (O & A Level) and a fee of R500.00 for Pre O Level will be required for each examination.
We aim not to have more than 14
students in each class, ensuring individual attention to each student. Study periods during
school hours (07:45 – 13:30) guarantee one on one teacher-student situations. We have four
school terms and examinations set by Cambridge are written in November.

School fees are payable for 12 months of the year and a non-refundable entrance fee of R3000-00 is required. The entrance fee will be utilized for upgrading of the school.
